MONDAY and THURSDAY
H.I.I.T High intensity interval training sessions are short, sharp and results driven full body workouts. We use Tabata, H.I.I.T and metabolic conditioning principles to help you develop your fitness and also get you into great shape.
TUESDAY and FRIDAY
Boxing: We're not preparing any contenders for the world heavyweight title but that doesn't mean you can't reap the benefits of a world champions training routine. While the list of benefits of boxing are seemingly endless we know a lot of people are stressed out in their day to day lives. What better way to work toward your goals and relieve a bit of stress and anxiety than to punch your way into shape.
Core Strengthening: A strong, stable core is the hallmark of a champion athlete. Working on your core strength is a great way to look after your back especially for people who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, care for young children or want to look good in their swimwear.
