H.I.I.T High intensity interval training sessions are short, sharp and effective. Essentially we're trying to fit an hours worth of training into 30 minutes. This provides you with some valuable benefits - an increased resting metabolism, burning a lot of calories in a shorter amount of time, H.I.I.T also helps you lose unwanted body fat.
