2. What’s your ultimate fitness goal?
To look as good as I feel.
3. What’s your sporting background
have played basketball for Gold Coast at the age of 10 for over three years. Volleyball at South Coast Regional level for over three years. Surfing, swimming (squad) and Surf Lifesaving at Kurrawa Surf Club for over five years. I then became involved in gyms and lifting weights. Then got into Crossfit and Strength Training at MSC
4. What are your top 3 exercises?
Olympic lifting, Handstand Walking and the Sledgehammer
5. What do you love about training at MSC?
What I love about training at MSC is no matter who you are you will always be treated like family. The people are what makes MSC so great. They are so welcoming and helpful that you love going back. The training programs and coaching is top quality, you will not find a better place to train on the Gold Coast.
6. Favourite quote?
Bend over touch your toes and I’ll show you where the rocket goes. Lol nah just joshin. It’s “Train insane or remain the same”.
7. What are you working hard to get better at?
Eating better consistently.
8. What are the benefits and changes in your body and yourself since you began training at MSC?
I have learnt a lot about my body and it’s shape and size and how my perception has changed over the years of what I want it to look like. I am not skinny and I don’t want to be and that’s ok because I am strong and beautiful. I have increased my strength from eg. A 100kg back squat to 130kg, it’s been over a few years to do that but that’s ok. MSC makes me want to train harder but smarter and the people and coaching let that happen. The training covers a diverse range of exercises to cover everyone’s goals and achievements which is exactly what you want in a fitness environment.

If you want to feel connected and cared about by like minded people who enjoy everything about sweating, puffing, hard work, throwing around heavy shit and fitness then MSC is the right place for you.
