We’re a small family run gym… possibly the smallest on the Gold Coast, and we love that. We help the kids of the 60s, 70s and 80s (OK, and the kids of these kids) lift heavy objects (safely) and move faster and more freely through progressive programming, and long-term development so they can find their mojo and get their groove back.
This means you don’t have to be fit to fit in. We pay attention to the details so you can focus on training and improving year after year, not just for the next 8-week block.

If you’re already a cardio convert, great—we’ve got you covered. If not, let’s work on that love-hate relationship. Conditioning+ will leave you feeling unstoppable, ready to take on new challenges, and finally be at peace with running. Unlike the big bad wolf, you can huff and puff your way to success—even if that means making it through your first workout.

Our Coach

BILL SETIU
Coach Bill is both a keen fitness enthusiast and an active learner. His career has seen him manage a team of 20 personal trainers, be a strength/tackling coach for VFL/AFL players, conduct fitness classes for primary school children, and work 1:1 with personal training clientele.
Coaching in the fitness industry means investing in your education, and Coach Bill is no exception. With years of formal education, he still has a thirst for learning, currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
At 49 years old, Coach Bill still loves a challenge. He has tried everything from strongman to cross-country running, competed in bodybuilding and CrossFit, has played a multitude of sports and had a brief stint as a professional wrestler. Coach Bill still likes to compete, most recently winning 3 gold medals at the 2022 Pan-Pacific Masters Games (Indoor rowing), and a gold medal at the 2024 Pan-Pacific Masters Games (Powerlifting).
Coach Bill has help helped hundreds of people get fit, lose weight, become stronger and more confident within themselves. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the gym floor with a genuine desire to help anyone achieve their goals and go beyond what they thought was possible.

Our coaching is patient, structured, and focused on helping you build confidence, move well, and get stronger at your own pace. No egos, no pressure—just real training that meets you where you are.
Is the introductory lesson really free?
Absolutely! Your first lesson is free of charge so you can experience our training environment and see if it’s the right fit for you.
