How is this different from CrossFit, F45, Hyrox or other high‑intensity gyms?

We focus on coaching, technique, and longevity. No crowded classes, no forced intensity, and no “beat‑you‑up” workouts. Our training blocks ensure you train at a pace that supports long‑term progress.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Our Kickstart is built for people easing back into training or starting fresh.

What if I have injuries?

Our coach will adjust/substitute movements so you can train safely while you’re building confidence and strength.

What happens after the 21 days?

If you love it, you can roll into one of our membership options. If not, no stress and no contract.

Can I mix session types?

Yes — Strength+, Conditioning+, and FAST30 sessions are all included.

How many times should I train each week?

We’d love to see you as often as possible, however, most people start with 2–3 sessions and build up as they go.
