Ready to do the work your goals demand of you?

Over the years I’ve helped clients run marathons, take on gruelling obstacle courses, lose weight, gain strength, and rebuild their confidence — but these sessions are all about you. Your goals, your pace, and where you see yourself in the future. I’m here to guide you, support you through every step of your journey.

Ready for a real reset?
If you’ve got a big goal, an upcoming event, or you’re simply tired of feeling stuck, the 8‑Week Intensive PT Program gives you structure, accountability, and two focused sessions each week to build serious momentum. It’s designed for people who want clear direction, personalised support, and results they can feel in their everyday life.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Most people who start with me are either returning to training after a long break or are unsure where to begin. My job is to meet you where you’re at and use my depth of knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be.

What happens in the sweat-free consultation?

It’s a relaxed chat at the gym, or online, where we talk about your goals, training history, lifestyle and where you see yourself in the future. There is no workout, no measuring, or weighing, no pressure.

What if I’ve tried personal training before and it didn’t work?

That’s more common than you think. Many clients come to me after feeling overwhelmed, pushed too hard, or lost in a busy gym environment. My approach is different — simple, personalised, and focused on building confidence and consistency. We’ll work together to create a plan that actually fits your lifestyle and helps you move forward.

I’m over 40, is it too late for me?

I’m in my 50s, and many of my clients are in their 40s, and 50s and beyond. Regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for long-term physical and mental health, and longevity. We’ll train safely, progressively, and in a way that compliments your life beyond the gym floor.

How often should I train each week?

Most clients train 1–3 times per week depending on their goals, schedule, and budget. There’s no “one right way” but we will find a rhythm that fits into your lifestyle, not the other way around. The key is consistency, and I’ll help you build that in a way that feels sustainable.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

No. All sessions are pay‑as‑you‑go unless you choose the 8‑Week Intensive PT Program. I keep things simple and flexible so you can focus on training and not feel locked into something that doesn’t feel right.
