Before starting this journey, I had very little faith in my own abilities but ultimately, I knew that I needed to improve my health and fitness and maximise life experiences with my little people. To say that I am ecstatic with my results is an understatement. If someone told me that by the end of this journey I'd be able to to lift more than I weigh I honestly don't think I would have believed them! There is nothing more empowering, inspiring and fulfilling than living life on your terms and taking action on the things that really matter to you, but knowing that you have an entire team of personal cheerleaders on your side really helps you make it through the rough days and challenging obstacles!

To our amazing coach and mentor Bill: Thank you for teaching me that for as long as I am alive energy will continue to pulse through me and it is my decisions that will either amplify it or minimise it. Thank you for meeting me where I was and pushing me to my limits, managing and tailoring the sessions so I could get the most out of myself and for setting me up for success. I really hope that you understand just how much it means when you show that you're just as invested in our successes as we are. Thank you for the endless hours of encouragement, guidance, inspiration and motivation. Thank you for celebrating with me, high fiving me, playing motivating music, and for every encouraging word you spoke on our journey to hit PBs, milestones, and tackle new skills. I found it incredible that I could witness the evolution of my body, increased strength and endurance and still wake up sore almost every morning. Sometimes it was nothing short of torture, but I still loved it (maybe not so much at the time) because it was preparing me for a glorious future. I officially feel alive through every fibre of my body and have the strength and fitness to accelerate through the day and still have energy and vitality to do the things that excite me with the people I love and it means the world to me. I literally couldn't have done it without you!
