Coach Bill is both a keen fitness enthusiast and an active learner. His career has seen him manage a team of 20 personal trainers, be a strength/tackling coach for VFL/AFL players, conduct fitness classes to primary school children, and work 1:1 with personal training clientele.
Coaching in the fitness industry means investing in your education, and Coach Bill is no exception. With years of formal education, he still has a thirst for learning, currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
At 47 years old, Coach Bill loves a challenge. He has tried everything from strongman to cross-country running, competed in bodybuilding and CrossFit, has played a multitude of sports and had a brief stint as a professional wrestler. Coach Bill still likes to compete, most recently winning 3 gold medals at the 2022 Pan-Pacific Masters Games.
Coach Bill has help helped hundreds of people get fit, lose weight, become stronger and more confident within themselves. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the gym floor with a genuine desire to help anyone achieve their goals and go beyond what they thought was possible.
